Neurodiversity is the concept that brain differences are just that: differences. That conditions like ADD, Autistic Spectrum Disorder and others aren’t “abnormal.” They’re simply variations of the human brain.
Forward thinkers in this field share bold concepts like: "...honoring and nurturing neurodiversity is civilization’s best chance to thrive in an uncertain future” and " we need every form of human intelligence on the planet working together to tackle the challenges that we face as a society. We can't afford to waste a brain."
AWN is a 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to provide community, support and resources for Autistic women, girls, transfeminine and transmasculine nonbinary and genderqueer people, trans people of all genders, Two Spirit people, and all others of marginalized genders.
TDM started with five innovators who are passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). With their combined DEI experience and extensive backgrounds in business, journalism, human rights, and data analytics, they knew they could create something special.
What started as a trial for one eLearning course — focused on inclusion and bottom-line results — quickly became a full-service DEI consultancy.
By 2021, TDM employed 12 full-time staff members, and had a portfolio of over 30 clients.
